Position Overview: As a Business Administrator & Sales Assistant Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our administrative operations while gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Working closely with our passionate team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of various projects and initiatives, all while developing essential skills for your future career. This internship position is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of business administration.

Responsibilities
Your tasks may vary depending on your availability and the company’s current needs. You may be assigned to focused projects or rotate through various assignments across our in-house brands, sister companies, or client projects. Projects may change every few weeks based on priority and workload.
Sales & Business Development
- Support daily sales and business operations across brands and partner/client projects
- Assist in lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and deal closures
- Conduct research and contribute to the execution of growth strategies
- Support business presentations, showroom setups, and event-related staging
Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks such as social media scheduling, content creation, light SEO, and blog support
- Help with website edits and the development of marketing materials
- Support campaigns and promotions aimed at increasing reach and sales
- Join meetings or attend networking events with team members when needed
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage scheduling, email, and phone communication efficiently
- Assist in order processing from paperwork to packaging
- Help with customer service including appointment coordination and on-site support
- Provide basic support with bookkeeping and financial tracking
- Assist in inventory monitoring and generating basic reports
- Assist in event coordination and setup
Business Systems & Team Coordination
- Contribute to improving systems and internal processes
- Help with logistics for internal meetings, events, or team activities
- Take on a variety of support tasks related to business operations and project execution
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college under Business Administrator, Marketing, Sales or related program.
- Highly reliable and commitment to on-time performance, with no last-minute cancellations.
- Able to work well independently, taking the initiative to solve problems and self-motivated to achieve goals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
- Genuine passion for events and growth strategies, eagerness to learn and grow in the industry.
- Strong computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Drive applications.
- Familiarity with design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items as needed for inventory management and event support tasks.
- Access to a laptop, smartphone and high speed internet for work-related tasks.
- Safety shoes required for on-site support tasks.
Details
- Internships span a minimum of 3-4 months.
- Availability of a minimum of 16 hours per week, including event weeks and weekends.
- Interns may undertake tasks for sub-brands under VINTAGEBASH as needed.
- College credit is available; applicants are encouraged to consult with academic advisors for credit requirements.
