Event Management and Production Internship/Co-op Placement 

We’re looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as event management and production interns. This unpaid internship offers hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and production. Perfect for college students seeking internship or co-op placements, providing valuable insights into the dynamic world of event management.

  • Ideal Candidates: Students enrolled in programs such as Event Management, PR Programs, Interior Decoration, Hospitality, and other relevant fields.
  • Duration: Internships typically last between 90 to 120 days.
  • Availability: Interns must be on site for at least 16 hours per week, including event weeks and weekends. Some events may require work past midnight.
  • Sub-Brands: We also operate sub-brands within the events industry. Interns may be assigned tasks for our sub-brands as needed.

Responsibilities

As an event management and production intern with WildBash Events, you’ll be involved in various tasks, including:

  • Assisting with event planning, coordination, and design
  • Conducting site visits and assisting with event setup and teardown
  • Managing appointments, emails, and client inquiries
  • Handling orders, bookings, and preparation of event materials
  • Providing support to clients and attendees during events
  • Assisting with office maintenance, cleaning, and organization
  • Ensuring all event equipment and materials are properly stored and maintained
  • Assisting with marketing efforts and content creation
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives
  • Undertaking additional event-related tasks as required

  • Safety shoes for on-site tasks
