Duties and Responsibilities 

As an Events & Wedding Coordinator at VintageBash, here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, preferences, and budget
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, wedding party members, and family to coordinate responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including vendor selection and budget management
  • Oversee all wedding day activities, from setup to teardown, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Maintain detailed timelines and checklists to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Offer creative ideas to make each wedding unique and memorable

Requirements and Qualifications 

Here’s what we’re looking for in our next Events & Wedding Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Wedding Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of wedding traditions and vendors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
