Marketing Internship / Coop (Toronto)

We are currently hiring marketing interns to assist with daily company operations, this position is ideal for a university/coop student, or recent graduate looking for a part-time internship position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Market Research: Identify target audiences, analyze trends, and assess competitors.
  • Brand Development: Craft brand identity, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Graphic Design: Create visual assets and marketing materials.
  • Photography, Filming and Image Editing: Capture and edit for marketing purposes.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content for various platforms.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist in managing social media, website and online ads.
  • Event Production: Assist in planning and executing events, including staging, setup and cleanup.
  • Client Communications: Support sales efforts during client appointments by providing styling, staging, cleaning and sales assistance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide insights.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Assist in identifying and managing partnership opportunities.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships and organize community initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as required (including our client campaigns and sister companies)

Requirements:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing, with great interpersonal skills, and willing to lend a helping hand
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills
  • Driven and loves to learn
  • Presentation development in PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, Google Analytics and Google Adwords is an asset
  • Own laptop and smartphone
