Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to generate leads and expand our client base.
- Assist clients in selecting the perfect decor rentals for their events, ensuring their visions come to life flawlessly.
- Manage inquiries, quotes, and orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through clear and professional communication.
- Handle administrative tasks to support the sales process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the event industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- A creative eye and a passion for event decor trends.
