Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to generate leads and expand our client base.
  • Assist clients in selecting the perfect decor rentals for their events, ensuring their visions come to life flawlessly.
  • Manage inquiries, quotes, and orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through clear and professional communication.
  • Handle administrative tasks to support the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the event industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A creative eye and a passion for event decor trends.
