As florists and decorators, we don’t walk in thinking about how to change the venue. We think about how the flowers can work with it. Sometimes that’s a ceremony arch that frames the stone walls. One of our favourite parts of a Guild Inn Estate wedding is how the day naturally moves from one space to the next.

Couples often start with an outdoor ceremony surrounded by gardens before celebrating inside the reception hall with family and friends. In between, the grounds become the perfect place to slow down, take portraits, and enjoy a few quiet moments together.

Jasmine and Yaan’s wedding brought plenty of colour to The Guild Inn Estate. Blush, peach, yellow, blue, lavender, and white florals appeared throughout the day, from the bouquets to the ceremony and reception.

The round floral arch framed the ceremony against the estate’s stone backdrop before moving behind the head table for the reception. Matching centrepieces and greenery carried the same colours across the room, tying everything together in a simple, natural way.

What Happens on the Wedding Day?

You don’t have to worry about the setup. We’ll deliver everything, style the space, and return after the celebration for teardown. If your ceremony flowers can be reused at the reception, we’ll handle that too.

How Far Ahead Should We Reach Out?
