What Makes Roseville Estate a Great Wedding Venue

Roseville Estate offers a private wedding setting in Cambridge with a mix of outdoor ceremony spaces and a sophisticated indoor reception area.

Couples can choose from The Enchanted Forest, The Pavilion, or The Barn for their ceremony. Each space has its own setting, giving you options for the feel you want on the day.

After the ceremony, guests can enjoy cocktails by the pool before moving into Rose Hall for dinner and dancing. The reception space features floor-to-ceiling windows, polished concrete floors, a 20-foot ceiling, and eight low-hanging crystal chandeliers. The venue also has an outdoor-indoor bar and the Solomon lobby, giving guests additional areas to gather between parts of the celebration.

For couples looking for a Cambridge wedding venue with indoor and outdoor spaces, Roseville Estate offers plenty of room to plan a wedding that feels personal to you.

A Look Inside Roseville Estate Weddings

A Roseville Estate wedding gives you two very different backdrops for the day. Romina and Vivex’s wedding shows it nicely.

Outside, the couple and their wedding party were surrounded by tall trees and greenery. The white, blue, and soft lavender flowers stood out against the green, while the blue suits added another pop of colour.

The reception looked more dressed up. Floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, polished concrete floors, and crystal chandeliers gave the room a clean, modern look. The same blue, white, and lavender tones continued inside, so the photos still felt connected to the outdoor part of the day.

If you like having greenery and outdoor photos alongside a more refined reception space, Roseville Estate gives you both.

Roseville Estate Venue Spaces

  • The Pavilion — A custom open-air structure designed specifically for wedding ceremonies.
  • The Barn — A rustic-chic ceremony space with exposed beams, soft draping, and string lighting.
  • Rose Hall — The main reception space, featuring a 20-foot ceiling, polished concrete floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and eight crystal chandeliers.
  • Poolside Area — A scenic setting for cocktail receptions before guests move into the main reception.
  • Solomon Lobby — A spacious area with floor-to-ceiling windows that adds another gathering space to the wedding day.
  • Outdoor-Indoor Bar — Conveniently positioned for guests during cocktail hour and the reception.

The Roseville Estate Experience Couples Remember

A beautiful venue is important, but it’s often the little things couples notice most. At Roseville Estate, reviews mention the private setting, spacious bridal suite, good food, and attentive staff.

“It was so easy to schedule and plan because there is only one wedding a day, so you have the property to yourself and can do everything onsite. The bridal suite is huge, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept.”

Roseville Estate wedding couple also shared:

“We had so many compliments on the food and the beautiful venue. Want to thank Dylan, Sarah and Jimmy for the amazing attention to detail and seeing through our perfect day until the end.”

Wedding Florist & Decorator at Roseville Estate

Romina and Vivex’s Roseville Estate wedding brought together blue, gold, white, and greenery with a subtle celestial feel. The flowers kept the look fresh, while gold details and candlelight added a little extra sparkle to the reception.

The bridal bouquet featured white and blue flowers with greenery, with matching floral touches carried into the bridesmaids’ bouquets and the groom’s boutonnière.

For the ceremony, a large floral arch framed the space with white and blue flowers and greenery. The same colours appeared again at the reception, where long floral arrangements ran along the head table.

Guest tables featured blue floating floral arrangements, paired with candlelight. Gold geometric pieces with faux flowers and fairy lights added another detail to the tables, bringing in the gold from the couple’s colour scheme.

The result was a blue-and-gold wedding with soft floral details, greenery, candlelight, and a touch of celestial-inspired décor.

We also handled the booking coordination, delivery, installation, setup, and teardown for the floral and décor pieces.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide wedding flowers and decor at Roseville Estate?

Yes. We can help with both wedding florals and decor at Roseville Estate, depending on what you’re planning and which spaces you’re using. We’ll look at your guest count, the venue setup, and the details you want before putting together a proposal.

Can you provide fresh flowers for my Roseville Estate wedding?

Yes. Fresh flowers can be used for personal flowers and different parts of the wedding decor. This can include:

  • Bridal Bouquets
  • Bridesmaid Bouquets
  • Boutonnières
  • Ceremony Florals
  • Reception Florals
  • Head Table Florals
  • Floral Installations
  • Cake Flowers

We can also mix fresh and faux flowers when that makes sense for the design.

Can you handle both flowers and wedding decor?

Yes. You can book us for just the florals or have us handle both the flowers and decor. We can help with the pieces you need rather than putting you into a package with things you don’t want.

What kind of decor can you provide at Roseville Estate?

It depends on your wedding plans. Some of the decor we provide can include centrepieces, candles, floral arrangements, ceremony decor, head table styling, and other reception details.

For Romina and Vivex’s wedding, for example, the decor included blue floating floral arrangements, gold geometric pieces with faux flowers and fairy lights, and candle details.

Can you decorate the ceremony space at Roseville Estate?

Yes. Roseville Estate has three ceremony options: The Enchanted Forest, The Pavilion, and The Barn. The decor will depend on the space you choose and the look you’re going for.

Can you decorate the reception at Roseville Estate?

Yes. We can style the reception based on your guest tables, head table, and the overall look you want for the room. We can also work with the existing features of Rose Hall rather than covering them up.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Yes. For the floral and decor pieces we provide, we can take care of delivery, installation, setup, and post-event teardown and pickup.

Can you work with a specific wedding colour scheme?

Absolutely. If you already have your colours picked, send them over with your inspiration photos. We can use those as a starting point when putting together the floral and decor proposal.

How far in advance should I book my Roseville Estate wedding decor?

We recommend booking your Roseville Estate wedding florals and decor 8–18 months before your wedding date. This gives us time to discuss your ideas, plan the details, and prepare everything for the day. If your wedding is sooner, you can still reach out and check our availability.

Do you offer custom wedding decor proposals?

Yes. We put together proposals based on what you actually need for your wedding. The final details can depend on your guest count, venue spaces, floral choices, and decor pieces.
