There aren’t many wedding venues where you can step outside and feel like you’re somewhere completely different while still being in the middle of Toronto.
That’s Casa Loma.
The castle has no shortage of details to look at, from the towering Great Hall ceiling and sculpted pillars to the stained-glass dome inside the Conservatory. Then there are the gardens, fountains, sculptures, and views from the terrace. There is always another corner that makes a beautiful setting for photos or a wedding moment.
For us, that makes designing here especially fun. The venue already has so much character, so the décor can be thoughtfully placed to complement what is already there rather than compete with it.
About Casa Loma Wedding Venue
Casa Loma is one of Toronto’s most recognizable wedding venues—and for good reason.
Completed in 1914, the historic castle sits in midtown Toronto and is surrounded by five acres of gardens. The property offers a mix of grand interiors and outdoor spaces, giving couples plenty of options for ceremonies, receptions, and wedding photos without having to leave the estate.
The Great Hall makes an unforgettable first impression with its impressive 60-foot ceiling and large bay window. The Library has original herringbone oak floors, wood panelling, bookshelves, and a more intimate feel. Meanwhile, the Conservatory brings in natural light through its windows and stained-glass ceiling.
Outside, the terrace looks over the gardens and Toronto skyline. During the summer season, the Glass Pavilion adds another event space surrounded by the gardens, giving couples even more ways to use the property.

Toronto Wedding Florist & Wedding Decorator at Casa Loma
One of the things we love about decorating at Casa Loma is seeing how much a ceremony can change with the right floral details.
For Deepa & Talall, the ceremony centred around a white metal arch covered in lush faux florals. The arrangement brought together soft whites, pinks, greens, and brighter floral touches, giving the backdrop plenty of colour against Casa Loma’s light interior.
The aisle was lined with 12 floral arrangements, each placed on a taller gold Harlow stand. Positioned along the ceremony space, they added height and colour without taking away from the couple at the centre.
The floral arch became the main focal point. Flowers extended across the top and down both sides, framing Deepa & Talall as they exchanged their vows. The fuller arrangement also gave their ceremony photos plenty of texture, with the couple surrounded by flowers from every angle.
We especially love how the gold stands picked up the warm tones in the couple’s attire while adding another layer to the floral setup. Against Casa Loma’s architecture and tall windows, the colours really stood out.
This was a ceremony-only setup, so our team handled the delivery, installation, and pickup at Casa Loma. The result was a floral ceremony space that felt full and celebratory without needing to decorate every corner.

Pinterest is a great place to start, but we don’t believe in copy-and-paste weddings. We’ll use your inspiration as a starting point and create something that feels like you while making the most of Casa Loma’s unique architecture and event spaces.
