We’ve been designing weddings since 2017, and Hart House is one of those venues we always look forward to coming back to.
With a venue like Hart House, we don’t come in wanting to change everything. We want to highlight what already makes it beautiful.
Every wedding we’ve designed here has had its own personality. Some couples lean into the classic look with lush florals, soft textures, and candlelight. Others keep it more understated, letting the architecture, the natural tones, and a few meaningful details take the lead. Both styles work because the space gives you room to make it feel personal.
For us, the best floral designs at Hart House don’t feel like they were placed there just because they look pretty. They feel like they belong. Like they’ve always been part of the story.

The Quadrangle is a favorite for ceremonies. Surrounded by historic stone walls, gardens, sculptures, and a charming tented patio, it feels like a hidden garden tucked away in the middle of the city. VintageBash did the flowers for my wedding, including bouquets and boutonnieres, a floral arch, aisle runners and table flowers as well as a seating chart, table numbers and signs. They did an incredible job. I was a bit hesitant to use faux flowers for the arch, but I should not have doubted it as their faux flower arch looked stunning and lush. I received many compliments on the flowers at my wedding.

How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 8 to 18 months before their wedding, especially for spring and summer dates at Hart House.
If your wedding is sooner, don’t worry—we’re always happy to check availability. The earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we’ll have when it comes to flowers, rentals, and your preferred design.
