Why Couples Choose The Pearle Hotel & Spa
One of the biggest reasons couples recommend The Pearle Hotel & Spa isn’t just the lake views—it’s the people who make the day run so smoothly.
One couple shared this after celebrating their wedding here:
“From our very first meeting with Isabelle, we knew The Pearle was different. She took the time to understand what we wanted and helped us through every step of the planning process. On the wedding day, the team thought of everything—from helping with my veil and bustle to making sure our family and MCs knew exactly what was happening. The food was incredible, the venue looked amazing, and our guests are still talking about it.”
Another couple shared:
“We honestly can’t recommend The Pearle enough. Isabelle made planning feel easy, Jennifer looked after us all day, and the little surprises—like bringing us our favourite cocktails after the ceremony and leaving late-night treats in our room—made everything feel so personal. The staff, the food, and the service were all incredible.”
After working here ourselves, those reviews don’t come as a surprise. Every wedding we’ve decorated at The Pearle has been well organized behind the scenes, which means couples actually get to enjoy the day instead of worrying about what’s happening next.
The Pearle Hotel & Spa Burlington Wedding Florist & Wedding Decorator
Kaulay & Joyce wanted a wedding that felt clean, modern, and welcoming. Their colour palette mixed crisp whites with dusty blue, navy, and plenty of greenery—a combination that felt right at home against The Pearle’s waterfront setting. The ceremony centred around a floral arch layered with white blooms, soft blue flowers, and greenery. Instead of being used for just thirty minutes, the arch was moved behind the head table after the ceremony, giving it a second moment during the reception.
The same idea carried throughout the rest of the décor. The aisle flowers didn’t disappear after the ceremony either. They became centrepieces, decorated the welcome display and seating chart, and even added floral touches around the DJ booth and vendor table.
Inside the reception, floating candles, greenery runners, elevated centrepieces, and soft off-white linens kept everything feeling connected without looking repetitive. Custom signage—including the welcome sign, seating chart, and table numbers—finished the space while keeping the design clean and cohesive.
One of our favourite things about this wedding wasn’t any single arrangement. It was how every floral piece kept showing up throughout the day in a different way. Nothing felt wasted, and nothing felt like it was there just to fill space.
What Our Couple Said
Here’s what one of our couples shared after their wedding day.
“I found VintageBASH online because they offered the best value for what we were looking for, and I’m so happy we chose them. Everything looked exactly how I imagined—from the bouquets and signage to the décor throughout the venue. I was a little unsure about using artificial flowers for most of the décor, but they looked so real and photographed beautifully. We customized so many pieces, and everything came together perfectly.
– Brittany
The team also handled a really tight room flip from our ceremony to the reception without any issues. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how everything looked. I’d absolutely recommend VintageBASH.”
