Toronto CN Tower Activation: Modern Floral & Decor in Blue & Green

High above the city, Sobol Solutions hosted its Hello Web3 event — a gathering supported by partners including Google Cloud, LayerZero, and PayPal USD. Designed for tech professionals and creative leaders, the event called for a setup that reflected both clarity and innovation. VintageBASH delivered a styling direction that stayed true to the brand while keeping the space focused and functional.

A Layout That Balanced Flow and Visual Identity

A gradient-front DJ booth became the visual anchor, wrapped in Hello Web3 graphics and framed by structured florals. Positioned at the centre of the venue, the booth helped define the layout without taking away from presentations or conversations.

Mirrored ceilings and full-length windows brought in energy from the skyline, while branded signage throughout the space reinforced each collaborator’s presence without cluttering the room.

VintageBASH focused on adding subtle structure — not decoration — allowing the space to support both programming and movement.

Blue, Green and White Florals for a Clean Corporate Look

To connect the styling to the event visuals, we used blue and white floral arrangements placed throughout the venue. Larger installs featured hydrangeas, garden roses, and greenery to match the event’s graphic palette, while smaller table pieces kept things simple and consistent.

Florals on either side of the DJ booth added height and shape to the room. Tabletop vases provided contrast without pulling focus from the event content.

Styling with Purpose

This wasn’t a space that needed to be reworked. Instead, it called for intention — a clear layout, smart scale, and small elements that could tie everything together. With minimal props, clean flooring, and well-placed installations, VintageBASH delivered just that.

Aligning Design with Message

The goal wasn’t to decorate — it was to enhance the event’s purpose. From brand integration to visual consistency, the styling worked quietly in the background while keeping attention on what mattered: the Hello Web3 message, the community in the room, and the ideas being shared.

This event reflected the kind of styling where design takes a step back — allowing the brand, the conversation, and the collaboration to lead.
