Royal Ambassador Wedding: Soft White Wedding for Amanda & Jordan in Caledon
Amanda and Jordan’s summer wedding took place inside the Greenhouse Room at the Royal Ambassador Event Centre in Caledon. Surrounded by natural light and a view of the venue’s gardens, the event was styled with restraint and purpose. VintageBASH worked on both ceremony and reception styling, focusing on layered florals, tonal balance, and a layout that felt easy and consistent from start to finish.

Venue Overview: Royal Ambassador – Greenhouse Room, Caledon, ON
The Greenhouse Room features glass-panel walls that let in light throughout the day and offer full views of the surrounding grounds. For Amanda and Jordan, this space gave them exactly what they needed — a setting that already carried atmosphere, with enough structure to support a floral-forward design.
The open layout also allowed for minimal movement between the ceremony and reception setups, making transitions smooth for both guests and vendors.
Decor Services Provided
VintageBASH handled full setup, from the ceremony entrance to reception table styling. Our scope included:
- White floral arch with soft greenery, shaped to frame the couple without blocking the view
- Ground-level aisle florals and matching arrangements for the welcome sign
- Guest table setups with low floral groupings, clear taper candles, and clean tableware
- Neutral linens, white charger plates, and soft-toned menus
- Accent styling for the bar and guestbook tables using bud vases and floral cluster
The structure was simple, but every detail served a role — nothing was added without intent.
Design Direction
The colour palette focused on muted neutrals: ivory, stone, soft beige, pale peach, and eucalyptus green. We used garden roses, ranunculus, and seasonal filler florals, keeping the structure loose and slightly asymmetrical to avoid a rigid look.
The direction was clear — stay aligned with the greenhouse feel, allow for light to move through the room, and avoid overpowering the natural tones of the venue.
Highlights from the Design:
- Ceremony setup with a white floral arch framed by the greenhouse windows
- Guest tables laid out with uniform spacing, layered place settings, and low centerpieces that didn’t block sightlines
- Soft white taper candles in glass holders, placed evenly along the tables for a clean, low-glow finish
- Bar and welcome table vignettes featuring single-stem bud vases arranged in groups of three
Every element was selected to match the surroundings, support the layout, and reflect Amanda and Jordan’s direction.
