Harding Waterfront Estate: White-On-White Wedding with Crisp Florals and Clean Lines
Some weddings make a quiet impact — with every detail dialed in, nothing feels overdone. That was the case with Alisha and Bryson’s June celebration at Harding Waterfront Estate. Designed around a soft neutral palette and layered floral textures, the day unfolded in two distinct spaces: a traditional ceremony in the mansion garden followed by a modern reception in the glass pavilion.

Venue Overview: Harding Waterfront Estate, Mississauga, ON
This venue worked perfectly for a full-day celebration. The garden provided a serene, open-air setting for the ceremony, with enough natural shade and symmetrical landscaping to frame the couple’s arch without distraction.
As the evening transitioned, guests were welcomed into the glass pavilion — a spacious tent-like structure with floor-to-ceiling windows that created a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor environments. With so much natural light pouring in, every floral detail and tabletop choice had space to shine.

What We Brought In
VintageBash provided full-service floral and decor styling for both the ceremony and reception, including select rentals from our inventory.
Here’s a breakdown of what we handled:
- A layered floral arch for the ceremony using delphiniums, lisianthus, roses, and ranunculus
- Matching aisle markers that were repurposed beneath the reception head table
- Coordinated bouquets and boutonnières for the bridal party
- Reception tables styled with matte and clear vessels, slim taper candles in glass sleeves, and soft blooms scattered in single-stem vases
- Neutral-toned harvest tables and base tableware
Our design aligned with the couple’s love for white-forward florals and greenery, while keeping everything clean, minimal, and soft — never overly “done.”
Style & Decor Details
The floral palette stayed true to crisp whites and soft ivory, with seasonal additions like snow peas and stock adding a touch of playfulness to the otherwise structured look. Textures came through in layers — airy lisianthus and delphinium mixed with lush roses and soft petals, balanced by eucalyptus and minimal foliage.
For the reception, we avoided heavy centerpieces and instead opted for a light, modern approach: tapered candles, clear glass bud vases, and florals arranged in deliberate spacing along the harvest tables. The result felt fresh, unfussy, and cohesive with the tent’s clean lines.
One of the most efficient styling moments was the reuse of ceremony florals at the reception. The arch and aisle markers were flipped into grounded installations for the head table, adding structure without the need for entirely new builds.
Additional touches included brushed neutral table numbers, crystal-clear glassware, and neatly placed linens — every element designed to support the floral work, not distract from it.
