With beautifully maintained grounds and refined interiors, it provides the perfect backdrop for both ceremonies and receptions. How We Put Together Victoria and Matt’s Full-Service Wedding

Bringing Victoria and Matt’s vision to life meant designing a space that felt both natural and elegant. Every decor element contributed to the overall aesthetic while maintaining a cohesive and polished look.

Ceremony Design
For the ceremony, we created a romantic and airy atmosphere using a combination of white and green, and pops of blush and soft peach florals with modern acrylic elements:

• Artificial Floral Arch – A statement piece that framed the couple beautifully at the alter while adding a natural touch to the space.
• Ceremony Aisle Pedestal Arrangements – Placed on Jack Acrylic Clear Column Stand Pedestals in varying heights (12″ x 12″ x 30″ and 10″ x 10″ x 23-24″), these arrangements enhanced the aisle with delicate floral accents.
• Welcome Sign with Easel Stand – A custom foam board welcome sign set the tone for the event while also serving as a keepsake for the couple.
• Seating Chart with Easel Stand – Ensuring guests could easily find their seats while complementing the overall décor.

Reception Setup
After the ceremony, many decorative elements were seamlessly transferred to the reception space to maintain visual consistency and maximize their impact.

• Head Table Décor – A faux floral low-medium centrepiece designed to match the colour palette added depth and texture.
• Head Table Candles – A selection of tealights in varying designs provided warmth and intimacy.
• Guest Table Decor – Each table featured a medium-low faux floral centrepiece, alongside additional tealight candles to enhance the ambiance.
• Cocktail Table Arrangements – Simple yet elegant, these included faux bud vase floral arrangements paired with tealight candles.

Tabletop & Fresh Floral Elements

• Jackie Gold Plate Chargers – These sophisticated chargers elevated the table settings with a touch of elegance.
• Bride’s Bouquet – A medium-sized arrangement featuring fresh seasonal flowers in the couple’s preferred colour palette.
• Groom’s Boutonnière – A fresh floral accent designed to coordinate with the bride’s bouquet.
• Bridesmaid Bouquets – Half-sized versions of the bride’s bouquet, maintaining the same lush, romantic aesthetic.
• Groomsmen Boutonnières – Simple yet refined boutonnieres, designed to complement the overall floral theme.

Final Touches & Execution

• Transfer of Decor Items – We carefully moved all transferable elements from the ceremony to the reception, ensuring a cohesive look throughout the event.
