We were absolutely thrilled to set the stage for Ajax’s Mayor Gala at the fabulous Audley Recreation Centre. Being given the honor to design and set up the floral arrangements and décor for such a prestigious corporate event was truly a pleasure. Our team poured their hearts and souls into every detail, ensuring that the ambiance was nothing short of breathtaking.

Audley Recreation Centre Event Photos Inspiration
The grand dining hall was transformed into a woodland wonderland. Long wooden tables were adorned with rustic runners and topped with intricate arrangements of greenery, moss, and branches. Each table featured a unique centerpiece, combining tall, elegant twigs with lush greenery, creating a natural yet sophisticated look. The ambiance was further elevated by the soft glow of strategically placed candles, casting a warm and inviting light over the entire space.
A closer look at the table settings reveals the attention to detail that went into each place setting. Clear beaded plates were paired with gold-rimmed glassware and cutlery, adding a touch of elegance to the rustic wooden tables. The centerpieces featured charming lanterns surrounded by moss, pinecones, and small floral accents, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The natural elements of moss, pinecones, and tiny mushrooms added a whimsical touch, ensuring that every corner of the venue echoed the enchanting woodland theme. This attention to detail ensured a cohesive experience throughout the entire event space.
The display is a lush assortment of pastel-colored flowers, including roses, hydrangeas, and anemones, interspersed with various greenery. The mix of pale blues, pinks, yellows, and purples creates a soft, whimsical garden feel, providing a refreshing burst of color and life to the otherwise minimalistic setting.
The creamy white tufted upholstery of the loveseat stands out against a lush backdrop of diverse flowers. Special Occasion Permit (SOP):
