A Romantic Wedding at The Pearle Hotel by the Lake

The Pearle Hotel is a hidden gem nestled on the edge of Lake Ontario. With its modern design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and breathtaking waterfront views, it offers a contemporary canvas for weddings of all styles. For this special day, the elegance of the venue was matched by thoughtfully selected VintageBash décor pieces that created a cohesive flow from ceremony to reception.

The ceremony took place in the Edgewater Room, where natural light poured in, making every bloom and detail sparkle. Guests were seated in rows of elegant Gold Chiavari Chairs, one of our most requested rental pieces, perfectly arranged to highlight the custom floral aisle markers that lined the path to the altar.

The altar itself was a focal point of the room—featuring a bespoke floral arch filled with creamy whites, soft blush, and muted greenery. Our floral team hand-picked the freshest seasonal blooms to bring a romantic softness to the space, including roses, lisianthus, eucalyptus, and hydrangeas.

Timeless Wedding Details with Soft Summer Glam

VintageBash’s styling philosophy is all about balance—mixing timeless elements with a few unexpected details to create visual interest. For this wedding, the color palette leaned into soft neutrals with whispers of champagne and rose. The overall result was a romantic, airy ambiance with just the right amount of summer glow.

Each table setting was enhanced by our Belmont Gold Beaded Glass Chargers, paired with soft ivory floor-length linens, and glassware that shimmered under the venue’s ambient lighting. The floral centerpieces were a mix of lush low arrangements and elegant elevated designs using our Ashlyn Tall Gold Centerpieces and Charlotte Gold Trumpet Pilsner Mercury Vases—offering a layered, textured visual that elevated the space.

In keeping with our client’s vision for a warm, relaxed celebration, we also integrated candle clusters throughout the space. We used a romantic blend of Lan Gold Candlestick Holders (Taper) and Lara Gold Mercury Glass Votive / Tealight Holders, creating a soft glow that brought warmth and intimacy to the room once the sun set.

Elegant Wedding Florals with a Natural, Romantic Feel

Florals were the heart of this design—and the goal was to make them feel lush yet understated. Our team created a full bridal bouquet in the same tone as the altar florals, with cascading greenery and loose, garden-style arrangements to give it a modern organic look.

Bridesmaids carried matching bouquets in a slightly smaller size, each tied with soft silk ribbons that flowed gently with every step. Even the boutonnieres and corsages were thoughtfully designed, adding subtle detail to the bridal party’s look.

What made the floral design especially memorable was how it worked seamlessly across all areas—from the altar and bouquets to the reception and even the welcome signage. We used our Queenie Small Gold Easel Stand to display a custom welcome sign, accented by a mini floral arrangement that greeted guests with a fresh burst of elegance.
