How We Brought Alisha & Raman’s Wedding Vision to Life

From the start, Alisha and Raman had a clear vision for their wedding—a soft, romantic aesthetic with warm, inviting tones. They wanted a balance of classic elements with a fresh, modern feel.

Florals
Florals played a key role in defining the ambiance of their celebration. The elegant floral décor and fresh bouquets featuring a colour palette of pale pink, light cream, green, toffee, gray and white, and burgundy, created a refined yet welcoming environment.

• Bridal Bouquet & Boutonniere: Alisha carried a bouquet composed of fresh pink and peach blooms, accented with delicate greenery. Raman’s boutonniere was carefully designed to complement her arrangement.
• Bridesmaid Bouquet: Half-sized versions of the bride’s bouquet created to match the wedding’s colour palette.
• Groomsmen & Best Man Boutonnières: Fresh floral accents aligned with the event palette.
• Family Florals: Corsages for the moms and boutonnières for the bride’s dad and brothers.
• Faux Florals: Faux florals were used as a runner for the Western ceremony pergola, provided by the venue. For the ceremony aisle markers and reception, we used the Kara Floating Wild Arrangement and Alice Wild Faux Floral Arrangement.
• Ceremony Arch: A floral arch placed on the floor with an symmetrical design framing the couple during their vows.

Reception Décor

• Reception Centrepieces: Carefully arranged fresh and faux florals were placed on each guest table, matching the couple’s chosen colour palette.
• Backdrop: Large faux floral arrangements on clear pedestals placed behind the head table.
• Head Table: The Atie Artificial Floral Runner draped across the table.
• Candles: To bring everything together, Laura Monet Long Stem Candle Holders with floating candles for head and guest tables, clear cylinders with floating candles at floor level paired, and Lara Gold Mercury Glass Votives with tealight candles were placed
• Table Numbers: Ali Acrylic Table Numbers with gold base.
• Cake Table: Hadid Gold Cake Stand and Acrylic Cake Cutter.

Styling & Details

• Table Décor – The couple’s sweetheart table stood out with several cascading florals, serving as the perfect centerpiece for the evening’s festivities. The balance of colours, textures, and lighting, created an atmosphere that felt both intimate and enchanting.
• Lounge Area: Cara Bright Bud Vase Floral Arrangements on cocktail tables, card table, bar, and washrooms.
• Signage: Tera Umbra Gold Frames with burgundy blush stationery used for Alisha and Raman’s guestbook signs.
• Card Box: A standard-sized Acrylic Clear Card Box for their guests to share their best wishes

Vintage Bash offered full-service support including booking coordination, installation, setup, and teardown.
