Stunning Corporate Branding Setup for GAIN at the Hilton by VintageBASH
Some events stick with you — not because of grand gestures or over-the-top production, but because everything simply works. The space, the layout, the mood — they come together in a way that feels right. This was one of those times.
Set inside the Hilton’s polished conference level, our recent decor setup for the GAIN event was designed to stand tall, command attention, and deliver subtle charm without going overboard. With just the right amount of visual pull, our team at VintageBash brought a clean yet distinctive look to a professional setting — and it turned heads.
Let’s walk through how it all came together.

GAIN — More Than Just Letters
The first thing you’d notice stepping into the space? Four bold letters: G-A-I-N.
Each stood several feet tall, sharply sculpted and two-toned — deep black in front, offset by white depth on the sides and back. No flashy colors or gimmicks. Just clean contrast, solid structure, and a message that didn’t need to shout to be heard.
Placed front and center in the corridor leading to the Jackson conference room, this installation set the tone: growth, presence, purpose. These letters weren’t just for branding — they marked the pulse of the event.

Setting the Scene with Florals
To frame the signage and soften the boldness of the letters, we placed two matching floral columns on either end of the installation. Not arches — towers. Vertical designs that reached up rather than out, giving the area a lifted, airy feeling without eating into the space.

The palette was intentional: shades of purple, soft ivory, and fresh greens. This brought a natural dimension to the neutral interior of the Hilton, and the result was a balance between structure and ease. Attendees naturally slowed down as they passed by — some paused for photos, others simply nodded in approval.
Florals in a corporate space? When done right, they don’t distract — they complement.
Placement That Worked With the Space
One thing often overlooked in event design is how the decor works with the venue itself. In this case, the Hilton’s modern neutral walls and artistic paintings became part of the composition. Instead of clashing, the setup blended into the space — intentionally.
The lighting, clean carpet lines, and room symmetry all contributed to the layout. The floral towers were spaced wide enough to leave the letters clear and unblocked, yet close enough to create a framed visual. We didn’t need to redesign the area — we just needed to highlight it.

The corridor outside the Jackson room became more than just a pass-through. It became a defined zone — part entrance, part photo backdrop, part conversation starter.
Simplicity Can Stand Out
We didn’t go overboard. No hanging lights. No branded photo booth. No projections or oversized screens. The setup was straightforward — because the purpose wasn’t to distract or outshine the event, but to support it.
In a professional setting like this one, restraint matters. It’s not always about how much you bring in, but how well it fits in.

Design Meets Message
Every piece of decor should carry the message of the event, whether directly or subtly. For this GAIN event, we focused on structure, growth, and strength. The floral elements added life and connection. The layout allowed space to breathe.
This wasn’t just decoration. It was branding through design — carefully aligned with the tone of the gathering.
Behind the Scenes: VintageBash Approach
As with all our projects, this wasn’t just a copy-paste design. We mapped out the layout with the Hilton floor plan in mind, ensuring smooth guest flow and visibility from all angles.
Our team built and installed the floral towers onsite, adjusting spacing and balance until it felt just right. We considered everything from lighting angles to the exact distance between the letters and floral columns.

The goal? Subtle elevation of the atmosphere — without trying too hard.
Where It Goes From Here
Event setups like this one don’t need to scream to be remembered. Sometimes, what’s most impactful is what feels natural — what fits, what reflects the message, and what adds just enough personality to make you stop, even for a moment.
This one checked those boxes.
And yes, we saw it happen in real time — attendees slowing down, pointing, smiling, taking a moment with the setup before stepping into the room. That’s the kind of response we aim for.
