Vanesa & Kyle’s Modern White & Lavender Wedding at The Pearle Hotel, Burlington
Vanesa and Kyle’s wedding at the downtown Burlington had all the right design cues: soft florals, structured installations, and a clean layout that balanced freshness with intention.
The Pearle Hotel & Spa was designed around a refined palette of white, off-white, and light lavender, with just the right amount of greenery for depth.

The Pearle Hotel & Spa, Burlington, ON
Vanesa and Kyle celebrated in The Pearle’s Laurentide and Northshore rooms, which offered a neutral canvas with floor-to-ceiling windows, pale wood finishes, and great light throughout the day. The layout gave us room to layer florals without overwhelming the space. With the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all taking place indoors, transitions felt natural and smooth for both guests and the design team.

What We Styled
Our team provided full-service decor, including ceremony styling, reception florals, rentals, and all signage accenting. From the start, Vanesa had a clear vision: modern, minimal, and soft — with white as the base and lavender as an accent.
Here’s what we provided:
- Ceremony arch: One-sided floral arch in white, light lavender, and touches of greenery
- Aisle markers: Faux floral centrepieces that were later repurposed for reception tables
- Head table: Silk floral runner with minimal greens, built fuller on-site to match the approved mock-up
- Guest tables: A mix of tall centrepieces, greenery runners, floating candles, and gold tealights
- Signage styling: Faux floral cluster + floating candles of varying heights for the seating chart backdrop
- Dancefloor: White cherry blossom trees on risers placed at the corners to frame the space
- Table numbers: Aki gold frames to complement the soft-toned tablescape
Design Direction
The palette leaned heavily into white with lavender woven in as a gentle contrast. The ceremony space felt clean and open, thanks to a single-sided floral arch that made space for the couple without overpowering the background.
The reception flipped into a mix of height and texture. Guest round tables featured tall florals on gold stands, while rectangular tables were kept low and linear with greenery runners, glass candles, and gold accents. The head table was styled to feel cohesive but distinct — using layered silk florals across the full length.
All centrepieces used during the ceremony were transferred to the reception and reworked as part of the tablescape. This helped keep things cohesive while making efficient use of each element.
